Help rescue and rehabilitate South Australia’s injured and orphaned native animals when you buy a special Koala State Plate.

When you buy an adorable Koala State Plate, you donate $50 to support volunteer groups in South Australia. These incredible volunteers give their time and passion to care for injured or orphaned wildlife.

Koala State Plates cost a one-off fee of $151. This fee includes:

$70 plate fee
$50 donation
$31 reallocation fee for already-registered South Australian vehicles.

Plates display adorable koala and gum leaf graphics. They are released in sequential order from KLA000 to KLZ999. Koala State Plates cannot be customised.
