You must place orders by 4:00 pm on Friday 28 November 2025 to receive in time for Christmas. We will still process orders placed after this date, but they may not be delivered in time.

What you will need

To complete your order, you will need the plate owner’s:

• driver’s licence number
• surname
• date of birth.

When you order online, we will post the plate agreement directly to the recipient’s postal address.

You can pick up your order from a Service SA Customer Service Centre to save time and avoid postage delays.
